Zeb Elkinton

Zeb Elkinton is our Chief Operating Officer (COO) who has the overall responsibility for all business functions including: personnel, recruiting, finance and accounting, marketing, information technology systems, facilities, contracting, purchasing, as well as administrative policies and procedures. His educational background is in Business Management and he has over 15 years of experience and is also a Licensed Tax Preparer. Zeb is also our COO for Tax Debt Strategies, LLC which specializes in tax relief.

Zeb and his wife Heather lived in the Corvallis area for 25+ years and both enjoy the people and sense of community it offers. He and his wife are both active members with their church, Northwest Hills Community Church. In his spare time, Zeb enjoys coaching baseball, attending MLB or OSU sporting events, camping, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family and dogs.
